This Shipping Policy describes how Legend Labs LLC processes and ships orders placed on lgndlbs.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days; we will notify you by email if a significant delay is expected.
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Free shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over $200. The qualifying threshold and method may change from time to time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking events to update on the carrier's site after dispatch.
Products are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short-duration transit; if extended transit or extreme conditions are anticipated, we may include cold-pack insulation at our discretion. Upon receipt, follow the storage instructions on each vial — typically refrigeration at 2–8°C for unreconstituted product.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed pickup may incur a re-shipping fee. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, transit times are outside our control. Carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, and similar events may extend delivery times. We do not refund shipping fees for carrier delays.

International shipping is offered on a case-by-case basis where lawful. International buyers are solely responsible for compliance with their local import laws and for any duties, taxes, or fees levied by their customs authority. We will not be held liable for packages seized or delayed by customs.
We do not ship to destinations where the import or possession of research chemicals is prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to any address at our sole discretion, with a refund of the order total to the original payment method.
