All sales are final. Because our products are research chemicals whose chain of custody and storage cannot be re-verified once they leave our facility, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or research-result outcomes.
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or with a broken vial, please contact info@lgndlabs.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include:
Approved damaged-shipment claims will be resolved by replacement of the affected item or, where replacement is not available, a refund to the original payment method.
A shipment is considered lost only after the carrier has confirmed in writing that the package cannot be located, or after 21 calendar days have passed since the last carrier scan for domestic shipments (longer for international, where applicable). Lost-shipment claims must be opened with us within 30 days of the original ship date. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund of the affected item.
You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped by emailing info@lgndlabs.com. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled and the standard refund policy applies.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved promptly through our customer-service email. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after a delivery has been verified may result in account suspension and recovery action.
