REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

All sales are final. Because our products are research chemicals whose chain of custody and storage cannot be re-verified once they leave our facility, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or research-result outcomes.

1. Damaged Or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or with a broken vial, please contact info@lgndlabs.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order reference
  • Clear photographs of the outer box and the damaged item(s) as received
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved damaged-shipment claims will be resolved by replacement of the affected item or, where replacement is not available, a refund to the original payment method.

2. Lost Shipments

A shipment is considered lost only after the carrier has confirmed in writing that the package cannot be located, or after 21 calendar days have passed since the last carrier scan for domestic shipments (longer for international, where applicable). Lost-shipment claims must be opened with us within 30 days of the original ship date. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund of the affected item.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Buyer's remorse, ordering errors, or change of mind.
  • Research-experiment results, assay outcomes, or perceived efficacy. Our products are sold for research use; outcomes depend on experimental conditions outside our control.
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery (failure to refrigerate, exposure to heat or light, etc.).
  • Refused, returned-to-sender, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Customs seizures or delays for international shipments. International buyers are responsible for compliance with local import laws.
  • Shipping fees on completed orders.

5. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped by emailing info@lgndlabs.com. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled and the standard refund policy applies.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved promptly through our customer-service email. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after a delivery has been verified may result in account suspension and recovery action.

For all refund or replacement requests, email info@lgndlabs.com with your order reference. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The products and information provided by Legend Labs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Legend Labs LLC is a research chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor are we an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.

All products are sold for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only, and are NOT for human consumption. All sales are final. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
